In summary. During this pre-launch stage, the site collects only your email address, for the purpose of notifying you when the service opens. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not share your information with third parties outside our operations.
1. Data controller
Lumenic de México SA de CV, with registered address in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is the controller of the personal data you provide through nunkistar.com.

2. Data we collect
When you join the waiting list we collect the following data, and no other:

IP address
We retain your IP address for one hour as a security measure against automated use of the form. After that period it is deleted, and at no point is it linked to your email address.
3. Basis for processing
Processing is based on your consent, given through a double opt-in procedure: you provide your address, we send you a verification link, and your subscription takes effect only when you open it. This ensures that only those who actually requested our communications receive them.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal entails the deletion of your address.
4. Retention period

We do not sell or transfer your personal data, we do not use it for advertising purposes, and we do not incorporate third-party tracking technologies.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is located in the United States, so your address is stored in that country. By subscribing, you consent to that transfer.
6. Your rights
You may request at any time:
- Access to the data we hold.
- Rectification, where your address contains an error.
- Erasure of your information.
- Portability, in a file you can keep.
- Objection to receiving our communications.
Simply write to hello@nunkistar.com. We handle your request directly, without requiring any particular form or procedure.
7. Security measures
All traffic to the site is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS. The database operates on a private network with no access from the internet, and access to our servers is restricted to managed, auditable channels.
8. Minors
The site is intended for persons of legal age. Should we become aware, or be informed, that a minor has provided their address, we will delete it.
9. Amendments to this policy
We will update this policy as the service incorporates new functionality, always before it enters into operation. If an amendment affects the terms you accepted when subscribing, we will notify you by email.
