1. Site owner

Lumenic de México SA de CV, with registered address in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, owns and operates nunkistar.com. Contact: hello@nunkistar.com.

2. Purpose

Subscription to the waiting list entitles you to receive one communication on the day the service opens. It constitutes a notice and not a reservation: it holds no place, sets no price and confers no early access.

Subscribing and unsubscribing are free of charge. The unsubscribe link is included in every communication we send you.

3. User obligations

By using nunkistar.com you undertake to:

• Register an address you own, or one in respect of which you hold authorisation. This is why email confirmation is required.
• Refrain from interfering with the operation of the site and from circumventing its security measures, including the submission limit and the check against automated use.
• Refrain from reproducing the site or presenting it as your own.

4. Intellectual property

The Nunkistar name, its graphic identity, the design of the site and the astrological calculation engine — including its source code and the results it produces — are the property of Lumenic de México SA de CV.

You may consult these pages and share their link. Any other use of the brand or the design requires prior written authorisation.

The engine uses the Swiss Ephemeris library, by Astrodienst AG, under the terms of its licence.

5. Availability of the service

We take reasonable measures to keep the site available and functioning properly. It is nonetheless offered in the condition in which it is found, and we reserve the right to modify it, suspend it or adjust the opening date. Any change to that date will be communicated to you by email.

6. Nature of the content

Nunkistar offers astrology as interpretive content for personal guidance and reflection. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, nor does it replace consultation with a professional in those fields.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumenic de México SA de CV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site.

The foregoing does not limit liabilities that the law does not permit to be excluded.

8. Suspension of access

We may restrict access or remove an address used in breach of these terms. If you consider this to be an error, you may write to hello@nunkistar.com and we will review the matter.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated, particularly upon the opening of the service. The version in force is the one published on this page, bearing its update date. If an amendment affects the terms you accepted when subscribing, we will notify you by email.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tijuana, Baja California, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled.
